Written clearance should be current and within the last 60 days.
15 MIN GRACE PERIOD
Please arrive to your appointment on time. We allow a 15 min grace period before the appointment is cancelled and deposit forfeited.
PAYMENT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
It is required to show ID if you are checking out with credit card or debit card.
PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, BE SURE TO
...not bring any additional guests, including children to your appointment. We are only allowing those with appointments to enter the office at this time.
...have eaten a meal to prevent light-headedness.

DENTAL WORK
For filler appointments only
Please schedule your appointment 2 weeks after any dental work.
Please avoid any dental work for at least 2 weeks after your appointment.
For PDO appointments - avoid dental work for 30 days after procedure.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that emergencies and other issues arise and are out of your control.
However, as our business is appointment based, advance notice allows us to fulfill other clients' needs.
Please call the office within 24 hours notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
